Wie ben je?

Ik ben geboren in Hongarije en woon sinds 2010 in Nederland. De laatste jaren op Steigereiland in Amsterdam. Onlangs 40 jaar geworden en ben getrouwd met mijn Russisch-Braziliaanse vriend die inmiddels Nederlander geworden is. Erg internationaal 🙂

Wat doe je in je vrijetijd?

Ik probeer klassiek piano te leren spelen. Is best lastig, maar ik geniet van het leerproces. Bijna dagelijks doe ik yoga. En als er geen coronacrisis is reis ik graag.

Hoe lang werk je zelfstandig?

Precies 1 jaar, nadat Bart van Velzen mij vorig jaar vroeg om voor Bart & Partners te komen werken. Daarvoor werkte ik als financial bij diverse multinationals en later als consultant bij bureaus. Ik hield echter niet van de commerciële en politieke kant van de consultancywereld. Ik ben vooral iemand van de inhoud. Daarom besloot ik met een heel goed gevoel om op Barts aanbod in te gaan.

Waarom EPM en Oracle?

Ik ben in finance afgestudeerd. Maar tijdens mijn carrière kwam ik erachter dat ik eigenlijk veel meer geïnteresseerd ben in hoe de cijfers tot stand komen. Dus het systeem erachter. Ik werd vooral verliefd op data management en FDMEE. That’s really my baby!

Wat is jouw specialiteit?

Om FDMEE goed in te richten moet je de source kunnen doorgronden, het target en alles wat ertussenin gebeurt. Een complex proces waarin ik al mijn skills op het gebied van finance en IT moet inzetten. Ontdekken waar je moet interveniëren, zodat je het juiste resultaat bereikt. Klinkt saai? Ik vind complexe zaken geweldig interessant, haha!

Word je gelukkig van je werk?

Ja, zeker nu ik zelfstandig werk. Ik word beoordeeld op hoe goed ik mijn werk doe, en niet hoeveel projecten ik heb verkocht. The quality of my work is my signature. Ik vind dit cool.

Waarom Bart & Partners?

Toen ik de consultancywereld wilde verlaten voorzag Bart van Velzen me van een opdracht, zodat ik zelfstandig kon doorgaan. Toen ontmoette ik ook de andere Bart (Vringer). De twee Barten zijn echt hele aardige, eerlijke en oprechte mensen. You can really trust them!

Wat is Bart zónder Partners?

De twee Barten mét partners zijn ‘nice guys’ die hun partners echt als gelijken behandelen en waarderen. En zonder partners? They’re just two nice Barts, haha!

Who are you?

I was born in Hungary and have lived in The Netherlands since 2010, in recent years on Steigereiland in Amsterdam. I just turned 40 and I’m married to my Russian-Brasilian boyfriend who has become a Dutch citizen. Very international 🙂

What do you do in your spare time?

I am trying to learn to play classical piano. It’s quite difficult, but I enjoy the learning process. I do yoga almost every day. And when there’s no Covid, I like to travel.

How long are you self-employed?

Exactly 1 year, after Bart van Velzen asked me to come and work for Bart & Partners last year. Before that I worked as a financial at various multinationals and later as a consultant at agencies. However, I didn’t like the commercial and political side of the consultancy world. I am primarily a content person. That’s why I decided to accept Bart’s offer and felt really good about it.

Why EPM and Oracle?

I graduated in finance. But during my career I found out that I’m actually much more interested in how the numbers come about. So the system behind it. I especially fell in love with data management and FDMEE. That’s really my baby!

What is your specialty?

To set up FDMEE properly, you must understand the source, the target and everything that happens in between. A complex process in which I have to use all my skills in finance and IT. Discover where you need to intervene so that you achieve the best result. Sounds boring? Complex matters intrigue me, haha!

Does your job make you happy?

Yes, especially now that I’m self-employed. I am judged by how well I do my job, not how many projects I’ve sold. The quality of my work is my signature. This is very cool.

Why Bart & Partners?

When I wanted to leave the consultancy world, Bart van Velzen provided me with an assignment so that I could start as a freelancer. Then I also met the other Bart (Vringer). The two Barts are really nice, honest and sincere people. You can really trust them!

What is Bart without Partners?

The two Barts with partners are nice guys who truly treat and value their partners as equals. And without partners? They’re just two nice Barts, haha!
