Na rijp beraad is unaniem besloten om Paul Hollander uit te roepen tot de winnaar van de zomerprijsvraag 2021. Niet alleen de scherpe foto’s, de mooie plekken en het bijzondere licht, maar ook de uitstekende gedachten achter de foto’s: het belang van een ‘healthy work-life balance’ @Bart & Partners en de originaliteit van het ‘dealen met krokodillen’ gaven de doorslag. As an (EPM) consultant, the most exciting times within implementation projects or key support periods can also be the most hectic ones. At Bart & Partners we feel it is important for each individual to have a healthy work-life balance, appreciating there is more to life than the (cool) world of EPM.
What has been my process this summer to recharge? Nothing overly complicated.

2. A change of environment and culture
3. Allow myself to reminisce about work for a few minutes per day to clear my head
4. Sun, swimming pools and deal with green crocodiles instead of purple ones
