After careful consideration, it was unanimously decided to declare Paul Hollander as the winner of the 2021 summer competition. Not only the sharp photos, the beautiful places and the special light, but also the excellent thoughts behind the photos: the importance of a 'healthy work-life balance' @Bart & Partners and the originality of 'dealing with crocodiles' were decisive. Paul, congratulations!

As an (EPM) consultant, the most exciting times within implementation projects or key support periods can also be the most hectic ones. At Bart & Partners we feel it is important for each individual to have a healthy work-life balance, appreciating there is more to life than the (cool) world of EPM.
What has been my process this summer to recharge? Nothing overly complicated.
1. Quality time with the family
2. A change of environment and culture
3. Allow myself to reminisce about work for a few minutes per day to clear my head
4. Sun, swimming pools and deal with green crocodiles instead of purple ones
